An Act further to amend the Banaras Hindu University Act, 1915, the Delhi University Act, 1922, the Jawaharlal Nehru University Act, 1966, the North-Eastern Hill University Act, 1973 and the University of Hyderabad Act, 1974. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
National Waterway (Kakinada-Puducherry stretch of Canals and Kaluvelly Tank, Bhadrachalam-Rajahmundry stretch of River Godavari and Wazirabad-Vijayawada stretch of River Krishna) Act, 2008
An Act to provide for the declaration of the Kakinada-Puducherry stretch of canals comprising of Kakinada canal, Eluru canal, Commamur canal, Buckingham canal and the Kaluvelly tank, Bhadrachalam-Rajahmundry stretch of river Godavari and Wazirabad-Vijayawada stretch of river Krishna in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and the Union territory of Puducherry to be a national waterway and also to provide for the regulation and development of the said stretch of the rivers and the canals for the purposes of shipping and navigation on the said waterway and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Rules
Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Tenth Amendment Regulations, 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule 2 of rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966 the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966 namely:-
Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Amendment Rules, 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clause (c) of the sub-section (2) of Section 35 and Section 36A of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Administrative -Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice- Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1989 namely :-
Central Motor Vehicles (Second Amendment) Rules, 2009
Whereas the draft of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, were published vide number G.S.R. 522(E), dated the 15th July, 2008, as required by sub-section (1) of section 212 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby before expiry of the period of sixty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India in which the said notification was published, were made available to the public; And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on the 21st July 2008; And whereas, the objections and suggestions received from the public on the said draft rules have been considered by the Central Government; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 110 of the said Motor Vehicle Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, namely:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) and in supersession of the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government after consultation with the Governments of the States concerned, hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers here-unto enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh makes the following Special rules for the Andhra Pradesh Police (Special Armed Reserve, Central Police Lines) Service:-
Andhra Pradesh Rules for Construction and Regulation of Multiplex Complexes, 2007
In exercise of powers vested in Section 58 of the Andhra Pradesh urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975, Section 585 of the HMC Act, 1975, Section 44 (2) (v) of the A Town Planning Act, 1920, Section 326 (1) of the AP Municipalities Act, 1965 and Section 125 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, the Government of Andhra of Pradesh hereby issue the following Rules:

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 5 of 1983) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Rules for the conduct of Common Entrance Tests for admission into first year of Post Graduate Engineering including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning courses.
Andhra Pradesh Un-Aided Non-Minority Professional Institutions (Regulations of Admissions into Under Graduate Medical and Dental Professional Courses) Rules 2007
In pursuance of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 12-8-2005 in Appeal (Civil No. 5041 of 2005 filed by P.A. Inamdar v. State of Maharashtra (AIR 2005 SC 3226), and also discussions held with the Private Unaided Non-Minority Medical/ Dental Colleges in the State for the Under Graduate Courses i.e., MBBS & BDS, a consensual arrangement has been arrived in adopting the admission policy and seat matrix for the competent authority seats/ EAMCET ranking based Management seats/ Management seats in Unaided Non-Minority Medical/Dental Colleges in the State. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 (A.P. Act No. 5 of 1983) and in supersession of the Andhra Pradesh Un-aided Non-Minority Professional Institutions (Regulations of Admissions into Under Graduate Medical and Dental Professional Courses) Rules 204, issued in G.O.Ms.No. 18
